Questions and Suggestions

In fulfilment of the Organic Law 15/1999, 13 December, concerning the Protection of
Data of a Personal Nature, and in accordance with article 5 relating to the right of being
informed of the gathering of data, “FILMING ALMERÍA” hereby informs you that the
personal data introduced herein will be included in a file legally owned by the Diputación
Provincial de Almería (Almeria Provincial Council), which has its office in the Plaza Julio
Alfredo Egea, no.3, 3 Data must be provided in accurate and complete form, and must be kept
up to date through the co­operation of the applicants.

Unless otherwise indicated, the applicant expressly authorizes the use and the preservation
of the said data by “FILMING ALMERÍA”, for promotional and broadcasting purposes
throughout the province of Almería, in the context of cinematographic, audiovisual and
photographic industrial and cultural use.

In this regard, we reiterate our commitment to responsible and confidential use of data of a
personal nature. Notwithstanding this, when you so desire, you may exercise your rights of
access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to “FILMING ALMERÍA”, Plaza Julio
Alfredo Egea, no.3, 3rd floor, 04001 Almería, referring to “Data Protection”.

“FILMING ALMERÍA” will destroy the collected data when they are no longer necessary for the
purpose which prompted their collection.
